If you truly do not wish open war you will let us exact our justified vengeance on her head”.
The letter succeeds in dissuading both Norton and Thomas from sending reinforcements. However, Prince London of the North Bay sends his forces to counter the Sabbat threat.

Christopher was never caught and the operation was blamed on the same organization as World Trade Center bombings in New York.
1994: Prince Jack London is impressed by Kosume DeAlba’s infiltration of the south and begins to fund him via General Vallejo (Ventrue). The two kindred meet face to face four times a year to deliver funding and discuss plans. DeAlba begins to sabotage the city’s infrastructure with the help of Brooke Hart.

Sentries did not detect the presence of Camarilla loyalists until the second-to-last line of security had been breached. The Sabbat inside scrambled into defensive position and quickly outmanned the invaders six to one. Teams two and team four were completely annihilated; team three suffered heavy casualties (only two survived) and team one barely managed an escape with the surviving members of team three.
1999: Kosume DeAlba has his support reduced, and is forced to lay low in the sewers. To complicate the matters the Week of Nightmares occurs bolstering Sabbat activities and weakening the standing of the Camarilla. DeAlba falls back to Palo Alto.
2000: Sabbat forces flow into the city seemingly by the hundreds. Yerba Sur becomes a Sabbat stronghold seemingly overnight. H.P. Beaver begins to invest heavily in Cainite-related infrastructure. The airport is doubled in size, the port is dredged, the naval base expanded.
2001: 9/11 occurs throwing H.P. Beaver’s plans into a tail spin. Security around the city’s transportation tightens. The plans for the airport and port expansions still go forward, however plans to make them opulent expressions of Sabbat power wither on the vine.

Still upset with the 1998 setback, Kosume DeAlba receives minimal support save for one elder, Allen Schneider (Brujah). Allen embraces two of the protesters: Maximillian Anderson and Alexi Strouse. Allen’s presence begins to draw more support to Kosume Alba's cause.
2004: Protests continue albeit only the truly radical remain. Kosume DeAlba begins to regroup.

Many from North City are forced out of their apartments to make way for the slightly less poor. Alpine Park becomes the largest homeless encampment in the world.
2009: City Center is listed Worst Real Estate Market in the U.S. Thousands of poor and homeless flood the streets and infrastructure projects grind to a halt, save H.P. Beaver’s pet projects which continue with opulence and grandeur.
2010: Second North City riots occur. Angry mortals storm city hall and set it ablaze; rioters target Caine Tower the next day but are repelled by security forces.

2015: H.P. Beaver attempts to lead a hunt against Kosume DeAlba. Kosume DeAlba leads the Sabbat pack directly into an ambush. The Sabbat are overwhelmed and the domain plunges into open war. The Tower senses H.P. Beaver’s weakness and sends Archon Ivan the Fourth to Yerba to oversee the war.
2016: With full Camarilla support Prince London and Prince Thomas commit more kindred to the cause. Sabbat hold on the South Bay weakens as pressure begins to build in West Yerba. Third North City Riots occur at the same time, this time spurred by Allen Schneider and Alexi Strouse. The riots provide much needed cover as Kosume closes in on City Center.
